Sorry I haven't been able to post any new art for a while. I'm working on a new project that has been keeping me very busy. I was asked to do the art for a 4 page short story in one of my favorite comic books. I'm not sure if I can saw what comic it is yet, so I won't. I needed a break from drawing the comic and wanted to just draw something quick for fun.
I just finished reading the 5th Harry Potter book and I'm halfway through book 6 now. I need to hurry up and finish the series before someone spoils the ending for me! Here is my take on Professor Snape...Hope u like it

Fashion Eras

Fashion Eras
I had this idea while watching the History channel to try and draw a man and a woman from the last 10 decades. Mainly to focus on the clothing, I feel like I draw the same kind of clothes all the time. Here is the first pair representing the 1900-1910 era of fashion. I'll keep updating this piece and adding the next pair from the 20's, then the 30's and so on. Hope you like it...

J'ai eu cette idée lorsque je regardais la chaine d'Histoire pour observer et dessiner un homme et une femme des 10 dernières décennies. Principalement focaliser sur les vêtements, je ressent que je dessine la même sorte de vêtements tout le temps. Voici le premier couple représentant l'ère 1900-1910 de la mode. Je continuerai à mettre à jour cette partie et à ajouter le prochain couple des années 20, puis les années 30 et ainsi de suite.

Run Solo Run

Run Solo Run
Good old Han Solo. I am trying to work some more movement into my drawings. Its easy to draw characters standing still, so with this one I thought I'd force myself to change it up. First I just drew a rough drawing of a guy running and then decided to turn it into Solo. Hope you like it...

Bon vieux Han solo. J'essaye de travailler encore plus les mouvements dans mes dessins. C'est facile de dessiner des personnages toujours statiques, ainsi avec celui-ci j'ai pensé que je me forcerais à le changer. D'abord j'ai juste dessiné un dessin d'un type qui courre et j'ai alors décidé de le transformer en Solo.

Just got home from Comic Con and I was feeling inspired to draw. So I did this really quick using the Prismacolor markers again. Hope you like it...

Juste rentré à la maison du Comic Con et je me sentais inspiré pour dessiner. Ainsi j'ai fait cela très rapidement en utilisant à nouveau les marqueurs Prismacolor.

The Rebellion Begins
I'm sure you can tell by now that I like drawing characters after I see a movie I like. I saw Harry Potter the other night and it was as great as the rest of them. I think I'll read the last 2 books instead of watching the movies. I also wanted to try something new with this one so I colored it with Prismacolor markers. This was my first attempt at using them and they are really fun. I only had so many colors to choose from so some of the tones are a little off. It was meant to be quick and about trying out the new color technique. Hope you like it...
